The site reveals that wild pokemon levels stop at 30, and you cant get any better as a trainer than 40.

And finally, Mewtwo is considered the mystical Pokemon of the game...as no one has been able to find him. Mew has a base attack of 284, which is stronger than any other pokemon in the game!
